I have these from bleau.info and want to enter them into my new Satnav for the carparks in Font.

N 48.445100, E 2.637300 (Paris => Fontainebleau)

What numbers need entering? - which represent degrees? Do I need to convert something?

Keen to enter the GPS for all the places I plan to visit this Easter. I have been to most, but just keen to see if this works.

In reply to teapot:

You need to convert from decimal lat long to degrees

48 26' 42.3594", 2 38' 14.28"

Plenty of places to do it on line, e.g. http://transition.fcc.gov/mb/audio/bickel/DDDMMSS-decimal.html

In reply to teapot: you should be able to change your position format on your garmin unit.
