Yes, I also think it is Chute route although I suspect V,4 may be an innaccurate Scottish grade although that's what it gets in the guidebook. Looks a bit thin and technical in places to me. Lakeland IV? ;-)
It's in the best nick I can remember seeing it right now - get involved!
I thought it looked pretty stiff for V 4 too. I suspect it would have been IV in the Lakes, but probably down graded in the new guide book!
