there is an excellent campsite at st just.
Another vote for Trevedra - had my 40th there a couple of years ago and it was smashing. That said the other two mentioned above are also great and both have pubs within close walking distance.
The Logan Rock Inn next to the Treen site has a real smugglers bolt hole feel about it.

If you mean trevaylor (cornishcamping.co.uk) then yep I'd happily recommend that too - has it's own bar (with doom bar and betty stoggs on tap IIRC) and hot food and is popular with climbers - at least four club groups and many individuals too when I was there last June
