We've got 'It's meant to be hard' near ours but I realise that could be interpreted a few ways...
In one of the first indoor walls I ever climbed at, there was a small training section with some fingerboards and someone had written "YOU ARE FAT AND WEAK, TRAIN MORE"
Although I'm not sure if that's motivating or just insulting ;-)
