Having looked at the logbook there isn't much around the West Midlands! Does anyone know of anything around the Atherstone / Hartshill Quarries?

In reply to THETWIG007: yes, the Hartshill quarries are rubbish, rock is completely fractured and useless for climbing.

In reply to THETWIG007: I would say that you are more in need of a career / place to live that is closer to a local crag.

I feel your pain. When I lived in Northamptonshire, my local crag was Finedon Slabs, fortunately no longer around, but if you want to see a real dump:

In reply to THETWIG007:

There is a place near Hinkley I visited once as I happened to be in the area. Surprisingly it was OK, actually had a good evenings climbing!
