From Milford Haven, I have a few days before heading to London...

Anyone been to Wales that you can give me some advice?

I'm into anything outdoorsy. Not interested in pubs, museums, or touristy stuff... just outdoor fun from climbing, swimming, cycling, etc.

Please and thank you!!

Lots of good stuff nearby, but I hope you don't have high expectations of Milford Haven itself.

Are you using public transport? if so this site will give you the options for getting around:

Coasteering is great fun but expensive if you go with a company. Several places offer surfing lessons/hire.

Great coastal walking with dramatic cliffs and beautiful beaches around Dale & Marloes (both not far from Milford Haven). Great climbing near St Davids in the north and Bosherston in the south. Good, easy deep water soloing near Lydstep. Great Castles in Pembroke, Carrew and Manorbier.

Let us know a bit more what you are into and your timescale and we could be more specific.

The roads are great for cycling...the hills hereabouts aren't BIG but they are STEEP so you can have a rather challenging ride around. Otherwise, if it's mountain biking you like and you have your own with you, you could do worse than take a trip to Brechfa.

In reply to jrenee: There's quite a few mountain bike centres in south wales, I think most have bike hire as well if you don't have a bike with you! www.mbwales.com

Surprisingly nobody has suggested it yet, but you could always go climbing in one of the premier sea cliff destinations in the world?
