Hi, looking if anyone can give me some recommendations for multi-pitch climbing in the Northwest area. Based in Lancashire, so south lakes/north wales is ideal.

I'm looking for suggestions of either m or diff, suitable for wet weather, or even scrambles with decent exposure and the ability to pitch some. Want to get my girlfriend a bit of outdoor mountain experience, and we don't want to wait for summer.

I have experience multi pitch climbing, leading up to vdiff and seconding severe, but none of the routes i have done including diff i would fancy in wet weather, and i think a bit of personal experience will help in choosing a route suitable for a wet(ish) day.

Thanks
Matt

In reply to 0153453: well I might as well be the first to say Corvus, pretty much the classic any weather option. I'd also recommend Pinnacle Ridge (St.Sunday), meets all of your criteria and is easily protectable in the rain. Both have a 'big mountain' feel to them.
