/ Who's going to the Wiltonfest this weekend??
I might go, depends if anyone wants to join me from down south (open to offers) or alternatively I get offers to climb more locally. Unfortuantely the plans I had made for this weekend comming have just fallen through :(
I was planning on going and having a look on Saturday.
Hoping to pop along on Saturday providing I get a pass out from the missus
My mate is coming up from Oxfordshire, if that is any use to you. Message me if you would like more details.
Hoping to pop along sometime on Saturday as its my local crag. Nice to put a few faces to UKC names.
Cheers - Looks like l'll be heading to swanage this weekend now :)
Bugger. I'm working this weekend.
The weather has been planned
The lucky/lucky raffle prizes have been made up
Thanks to Lyon Equipment/Petzl, BMC, and Poundstretcher, for their support.
Black pudding has been bought
Entertainment has been laid on, other than the climbing.
Beer is ready for drinking
Thank you Rock Over climbing Walls for supplying this
BBQ all been sorted (well nearly!!!)
Free tea and coffee all day, bring a mug if you remember
Masterclasses now full, but Callum and various other top Lancashire Climbers will be around all day for helpfull tips and advice
Come along and have fun
I will be there now.
Good few years since I last went (had gone through a phase of being a bit obsessed with the place!) so it'll be interesting to see what's changed with the various clean ups.
Btw - still no-one has said when the 'base cap' is being set up on Saturday morning - i.e. what time should we arrive by?
Base camp will be there from 9-30 ish, if you arrive earlier than that you maybe asked to carry something there!!
Sherpas always welcome
Ok, not sure of my ETA as yet, but it's unlikely to be much earlier than 9:30! - btw, what's happening with the parking - are we allowed to use the pub parking as well?
Yes, we can park in the pub. There is also parking on Scout Road.
