In reply to John Rushby:

Why the question mark? The statement is not open to dispute. I suggest substituting the (?) for a (!).

I'll take 30.

In reply to John Rushby: Send me a few samples, please. btw, dig what you do to the English language.

How are your car stickers coming along, persoanlly I did not find "Honk if you find owls relatively interesting" was not quite as catchy as it could be

In reply to John Rushby:

Rather depends whether the picture is of the colonial "Philypnodon grandiceps" or the more traditional british "Gobio Gobio"? Male or female specimen? What font is the text?

The devil is in the detail boy...

In reply to dark_star: Yes, I've often thought Rushby is digging the grave of the English language...

PS I'll have two for Gorple - one for bouldering, one for Sunday best.

In reply to John Rushby: Sorry, but for the name alone, I believe the Waxdick to be the prince of fish.

In reply to John Rushby: Really? Where did you find him? Right Wing Proof Readers R Us?

In reply to John Rushby:

Can I have one that say "Fugu", with a picture of a blow fish situated at the appropriate place - above my beer belly?
Paul Saunders 24 Sep 2004
In reply to BrianT:

You're all wrong. It's Skipjack Tuna (that's Katsuwonus pelamis John :oP).

It even says Prince on the can.
Clauso 24 Sep 2004
In reply to John Rushby:

Anyhow, back on topic. It's obviously not just us that holds the Prince of Fish in such high regard. The US Navy had a submarine named in it's honour:

P.S. I've already changed the car stickers from "Honk if you find owls relatively interesting" to the rather raunchier "Owlers do it with the lights out!".

He asked one out
But it was begrudging
He now spends his days
In a state of high dudgeon
