Up at Keswick this weekend. Anyone know the nearest bouldering venue(s), or websites with topos etc? I'm with non-fanatical friends so I't be good if there's nearby fell-walking or something (it can't be all about me,me,me,me,me, unfortunately!).

In reply to hugedyno: Use the site given above, and find your way to: Honister boulders, Bowderstone, Carrock Fell (Mungrisedale) which all provide good sport. Bowderstone is hard (for me, anyway!). The other 2 venues have amenable lower grade stuff as well as harder problems.

St Bee's is only 30 min drive away + a pleasant 15 min walk. There is a good web site giving topo's for the bouldering. Goggle for it.
I thought it a brilliant place for a visit never mind the climbing/bouldering, good afternoon suntrap.
