interested in doing a bit more research in anchor and general rope work. Can never know enough, so any one know any good web sites that can help me with my rope handling skills?

thanks all

The Planetfear website has a few "how to" articles on it - not sure whether any of them cover what you need.

it's well worth buying a book, I think the accepted "Bible" is Nigel Shepherd's "A Complete Guide To Rope Techniques", ISBN 1841193232 . I have this book, it's well written with clear photographs of the knots and systems. Haven't put it to really good use yet due to not actually owning a rope! Although so far, I've only had to use the real basic anchors.

In reply to Kenny: Another excellent book recently published is 'Rockclimbing, essential skills & techniques' written by Libby Peter.ISBN 0-9541511-1-9.
