NICK & ANDY - Your stats will be slightly skewed by the people such as myself that can only log into Jagged Globe at work.
I can't log in on UKC to do the survey.

surely your ISP could be common to lots of users, e.g. freeserve, as it stands for Internet Service Provider, doesn't it? I'd imagine it's done from whatever the number of your particular machine is (can't remember what it's called).

You are correct about ISPs.
TCP/IP address is what some people may think is controlling access but these are often allocated by DHCP and so cannot reliably identify the user for more than the lifesspan of a session cookie.

Brussel Sprouts are often eaten on their own. Mistake. (Although they can be OK if given a hefty dose of course-ground black pepper, and a bit of marg/butter - and, of course, haven't been massivly overcooked.)
But they only come into their own as an ingredient in a curry, preferably a medium to hot one...
