What socks do you guys use?
I bought some of Snow and Rocks Expedition, and liner socks, and have to say that I was very impressed by the warmth of them whilst out fishing, and at £15 a pair expect them to be better then they were. Got recommended

by a friend, and am throughly impressed with their 'walker' socks. According to the chap I spoke to, he will soon adding a skiing sock to his range. Great service to.

In reply to Scotti: I use Thorlo Climbing (Level 3) socks as I find them by far the warmest, most comfortable and best-padded option inside mountain boots. Smartwool socks are very comfy but don't manage moisture well once saturated, so I recommend the Thorlos, which actually contain just as much wool anyway.

I find thorlo ST's without a liner sock work well for me. Bout the warmest socks i've ever used.
