In reply to Anonymous: hi rob,
the way it works is usually to fly to bodo, and then get either a ferry or a small plane across. i booked with opodo and flew with ba to oslo, and someone else to bodo.

cheers!

In reply to Anonymous: may have changed, but when I went there (many years ago) we flew to Bodo (one or more of those 'o''s should be crossed out I think)on the mainland, then took a ferry

Wideroe, which is part of SAS, flies into Bodo (ferry) and also to Svolvaer which is actually on the Islands and the nearest to the climbing (30mins). Around £350 UK - Svolvaer

Cheapest way is probably now to fly to Harstad/Narvik (Evenes) with Norwegian.no (the budget Norwegian airline) Around £150 Stansted to Evenes then 2 hours drive to climbing.

Either way you change planes at Oslo (Gardermoen) so get there as cheap as you can.
