if you are ian that gave me the information about the climbing in the fenced of area by haresfield beacon then can i sat thankyou!! the info was very helpful and i have found a wondeful place close to my area that i can enjoy a great evenings bouldering! it is wonderful. in reply to the hidden fossil I THINK IT HAS BEEN STOLEN!!! there is a circular mark on an overhanging piece of rock that looks as if a fossil has been pulled out of it!! i was gutted! does this sounf lik its positioning. once again can i just say thankyou for the help!!! hope to talk to you again! james
In reply to jamesblond0013: Did you manage to do the traverse of the band of rock below the main wall? Nice moves. Fossils do not necessarily mean complete shapes of the animal, imprints like you found are regarded as fossils too.
