Yeh I borrowed it off Mix, it has one of best books I've read in a very long time.

Currently getting very stuck into Life and Limb by Jamie Andrew, another brilliant book. Highly recommended!

a mate of mine knows andy and says hes really nice guy and just as witty in real life.
best climbing book ive read so far cause its not just about the climbing it has feeling too.

I went to a lecture by Andy Cave. It was excellent. He told a great story at the end:
An older man went to the local library and asked "Do you have a copy of 'Learning to Breathe' by Andy Cave?"
"No" came the reply. "But we've got 'Breathing Excercises for the Elderly.'"
