1. most rock climbiong doesn't make very interesting/good telly, cetainly not 6 hours straight worth.
2. Extreme channel tend to repeat stuff adnauseum, so if you can't make it now you'll catch it again later no doubt.

yea my brother put it on and told me to watch (nicest thing he has done in a long time) but its all very samey, i couldnt watch 6 hours!

Some of the stuff looks bloody impressive but most of the climbers come across as MTV generation, extreeeme, to the max sort of people. Quite annoying really. But that European dude was fit tho - lovely arms and lats. Mmmm.

In reply to asutton709: The best bit is the wrestling/deep water soloing scene with dan osborne (i have the vids).. literally jumping off cliffs trying to pull each other off routes! Awesome!

Yeah, that was amazing. He was doing them on his little finger as well! Did you see the fella doing the speed climbing? Climbed 400m in just over 4 mins.

Whoops, sorry, I do distance in metric so I got confused. That makes a hell of a difference. Still impressive though, especially the dynoing (if that's a word). I think I'm getting old and staid though, I was watching that thinking of his mum, and how worried she must get.
