Watched this last night and was very pleasantly surprised - really enjoyed it. Thought Paul Kaye did a very fine job indeed of playing Frankie Wilde.

Great stuff, would recommend it to those who haven't seen it.

Seconded. Great little film that delivered beyond expectations.

I thought it got styronger as a movie later on but the beginning segment was a bit weak

In reply to Rowie B: I have to say by & large i didn't particuarily rate it but it had a great ending. Which was quite redeeming. Funny that how the ending affects your overall enjoyment of a film no matter how the rest of it is.

Thumbs up, definately. I was expecting some kind of cringingly bad cliched BS, but not any kind of serious moments, along with plenty of black humour. Paul Kaye is very entertaining.

In reply to Clinger: Good fun, but Giant Panda was a bit silly.

Yes I would agree with that. The beginning was undenaiably weak. Better than a poor ending though IMO.

Or my personal Pennis favourite to Russel Grant the astrologer...

DP: Can you read palms?
RG: Of course!
DP: Can you read mine? [Holds out hand with " F*** off you fat c*** " witten on it in marker pen]

Harsh but undeniably funny!
