Anybody done this one? My uphill is in need of work but i can fly with the fastest downhill.. Any tips for surviving straight up hill races as i usually take uphills much steadier than a 4 mile race dictates.

In reply to Mattyk: done it twice and I wasn't last either time. Pretty much everyone walks uphill as it's so steep. It's a very friendly race and I'd highly recommend it. Take a female friend along and you might win the Jack and Jill prize for the fastest 'couple' like my mate and I did.

Thats what i wanted to hear.. thanks think i might give it a shot just for the awesome downhill run!
