/ NEWS: Dave Birkett repeats MacLeod's Holdfast E9 7a
Fresh after establishing Return of the King E9 6c on Scafell, Dave Birkett cast his gaze north to Glen Nevis.
Johns were where it's at in the late 80s and 90s.
Daves are where it's at now.
Good on both of them!
"Divided Years was proclaimed as the first E10 this honour now being taken by Neil Bentley's Equilibrium at Burbage." Was Equilibrium only the second claimed E10 ? I thought that Rewind was claimed before it ?
It is also worth checking out Alastair Lee and David Halsted's trailer to their film about Dave Birkett, Set in Stone..
Video looks good.
But, on the same site, the First Ascent video looks absolutely stunning!
