A few weeks ago I posted a query about whether the ladies night at Westway was still on. (It is) I have since gone a few weeks in a row and just wanted to mention that it is brilliant. Mondays from 7. There is a female instructor to lead the group. Generally starts off with some bouldering then people pair off onto the walls. But I think it's great because you essentially get some free instruction / technique improving.

Ladies, I highly recommend giving it a go! It's not as sad as it sounds.

I believe The Castle also runs a ladies night. I have never been so I can't comment on what night or what it's like.
