I am going to Mera Peak and Everest Base Camp later this month and was just wondering what I should be taking in my personal medical and repair kit. I have a few ideas myself i just want to check what other ppl think.

In reply to thundga: Take some Loperamide(sp) for when you have the usual Kathmandu belly! plus a small bottle of iodine, it's much more useful than water purifying tablets. Synutabs are well worth packing, don't buy any over the counter drugs in Kat' as they are mostly counterfeit placebo's with little or no effective ingredients in them.
