After chasing a refund since June I have just spoken on the phone to a person from Venturesport (who are part of the same company) and they confirmed Gear-Zone.co.uk have ceased trading.
Worryingly, their website seems to be still up and running with no hint of this. On a positive note they were S**t and the internet is better off without them
