girlfriend picked me up a book from charity shop last week, started reading it today and inside is a cut out clip from a old newspaper. 11-year old schoolboy to climb the man of hoy it has no date on it, but after a quick Google seems he was the chap that raced JC to the top of clip in top gear last season.
cant seem to find any details on this climb
did he complete it or not

since being fairly new was wondering do all climbers read up on what the famous climbers are doing. and if so do u learn anything from it.

Not really.

He did it aged 11 to raise money for charity, raised over a grand i think. Pretty cool thing to do.

On the subject of Leo, does anyone know of where I can watch/get a copy of a film about his recovery from injury?

It was this that got me to think about starting climbing (being from Norfolk this was quite a stretch of the imagination) and I would be interested to see it again now I am marginally more clued up.

In reply to Danger: I believe the film was called 'My Left Foot', not sure where you could purchase it from though.
