Its happened. The anasazis were still getting me up the E1s with the toe rubber worn away but now that my toe is poking through the end I need to sort it out. Is there anywhere where I can CHEAPLY (that being the main factor) send the shoes away and get them back with shiny new rubber?
I've always used Feet First as I've not found anyone over this side of the Peak. So I'm glad you posted this link as Warrington's only half-an-hour away. I'll check them out if you got a good service from them? Did they do a good resole?
In reply to Will Hunt:
Feetfirst did a good job on my big boots, and I then had 5.10 spotty rubber put on some trainers for descents. Certainly cheaper than replacing the whole boot - big boots were about £35 vs £180-odd to replace.
I've my rock-shoes re-soled by Feet First for £25 quid and they were good as new. Compares favourably with forking out for a new pair (especially as the model had been discontinued).
