Top coaching session with Adrian Berry
Wanted to say thanks to Adrian Berry-had a great session looking at technique, training and so on.
If you want to move on from a plateau to the next level I think having a session like this is a real step forward! Some of my mates just say to 'crank harder!'
...and no I'm not working on commission!
