Mayan Smith-Gobat NZ's top female sport climber has recently redpointed Geminis 8b+ at Rodellar in Spain. See her 8a.nu scorecard

This was originally graded 8c but it appears that most think 8b+ a more realistic grade.This is the hardest redpoint by a NZ woman and a great effort.

Pat and Rachel climb pretty hard.
I don't know how hard..but they are strong lasses.
The whole women start to peak at 40 thing might be true ( I am certainly improving in my mid 30's)

I don't think Rach has climbed harder than 8a but I could be wrong and Pat mainly does mountains these days really. Mayan is really in a league of her own now here

go to the updates - search on left side of page - this takes you to a page where you can search for climbs and boulder problems
This is above the list of names

in the climb put xxx (Geminis)
crag xxxx (Rodellar)
to save searching too many put grade as >= 8b (in case you wanted to look at what climbs are there. 8a.nu is sometimes a pain to find things on...
