Under the boardwalk..down by the sea…

Keith Sharples has a new calendar available and in this article he takes us through the trials and tribulations, as well as the pleasure, of getting the shots for his latest opus. Along the way he asks us not to forget what a wealth of diverse climbing we have on our Island.

Includes some photos from this years' calendar and archive shots of Ben Moon (on Statement of Youth) and Ken Palmer.

is that "grit"?

White grit....Mr. Toad. There is no other type of rock in the UK than grit, just variations of it.

Which really does make the question, "What have they done on grit?", redundant.
