In reply to climbing nigel:
Anti-clockwise on M60: come off at 27 onto roundabout then take 3rd exit B6104 (Lower Bredbury).
Go through traffic lights then just past the park on the right hand side is the driveway into Pear Mill. There is a big banner on the fence. Entrance is at far end.
Clockwise on M60: come off at 26, follow the sliproad down then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the B6104, then same as above para.
