can't comment on customer service, but with regards to the 10 dmm wallnuts deal you might not have noticed they've only got sizes 0, 0.5, 8, 10 and 11 left. A full set 1-10 for £40 would have been awesome, but perhaps a little unlikely!

Delivery quick and hassle-free, comes from the same place as V12.
Deals look good, but stuff may have "2nd" stamped on it and rarely have all sizes
