Last year was pretty damn good, despite the Apline beer fesival lacking distinctly in the comley wenches department. (an I allowed to say that?)

This year looks bigger & better so see you there??

Should be a great event - definitely worth a visit if it is anything like as good as last year - and the line up of activities looks even better than last year! The British Bouldering Championships was worth the visit on its own.

Millhouses Park is a much more high profile venue and probably better suited to host it in many ways. Shame about the beer tent but I guess the council had to do something to appease the whinging nimbys of Millhouses. I get the impression it’s only a small minority and most residents see it as the great event for Sheffield that it is. Anyway, for anyone who’s heading down there over the weekend then please walk or take the bus - don’t give them traffic issues to moan about!

I'll be there, but I'm not too bothered about anything that's on, I'm only going so I can say hello to Sam and Rich because I didn't make it down to Devon for the birthday party! We'll be there tomorrow afternoon with Ed & Ayshea & little un.

Yeah I'm going. Went last year, and really enjoyed the bouldering championships (brilliant atmosphere)

I also picked up some discounted Red Chilli rock boots last year so I'll be on the scout for more bargains again this weekend...
