Don't know how many people have noticed this section on the Patagonia website but there's a nice bit of footage of Steve House talking about ice axes... Think I need to go out and do more climbing...

Good vid, I particularly liked the Wallner axe ... I have one very similar (the Nanga Parbat model, slightly different pick but otherwise identical) and it's probably the best axe for general mountaineering ever made.
