how long would it take to get from stockport train station to stockport climbing wall? walking or on a bike?

In reply to danp1: Walking takes about 20-30 mins, not cycled it before. I find it better to get the train to Bredbury station, if you cycle it takes about 5 minutes and is all downhill, not walked this route before though.

In reply to danp1: Walk from Bredbury or Stockport is about 20 minutes. Bus from Bredbury is OK, but you may have to wait 20 mins! Taxi from Stockport is about£5

Get the 330 from stockport bus station. About 15-20min.
In reply to danp1: it's 5 minutes by bike and should be easy enough for you to find. If you get lost in Stockport, just ask someone to direct you towards the enormous Tescos and that'll send you in roughly the right direction. Or just phone the wall and ask the superfriendly staff for directions.

In reply to danp1: ive busses it before and it doesnt take long, the bus station is just down the road from the train station, it takes you very close to mill complex awesome walls is in.

manchester climbing centre is easy to get to, you can hop on a bus prety much right outside picadily train station, the bus stops right outside the climbing centre.

climb uk in rochdale is literaly a couple of mins walk from the train station,

ratho is dooable by train/bus +a walk/thumb

thy're the only ones ive traveled to by train/bus so far.
