Obviously I love this pub, but for its drink and atmosphere.....

I'm down there with friends down a mtb event this Sunday and we want to have a good lunch afterwards.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Cheers

The one in Poole? As you drive back out towards Leeds. Can't remember the name, it's on the roundabout. Might be the White Hart or something?

In reply to ClimberEd: Cheese sandwich and bag of crisps in The Hunters. Then enjoy copious amounts of good ale with the money saved?

Im presuming you mean the square in worth matravers (http://www.camra.org.uk/page.aspx?o=286675). Lunch suggestion would be to double up on the pasties...

In reply to ClimberEd: Try the Sailors Return at east Chaldon, grid reference SY790833. It's just west of Lulworth. Good beer too.
