Anyone been to Bishop in the middle of March. If so, how dry is it at that time of the year. I know the temperatures etc. but can't find data on the amount of rain/snow that's around then. Are conditions more stable in March or October. Also, anyone planning a trip to be out there in these months in 2002. Any feedback is appreciated.
