Lofoten trip budget

Hi to those who have been, what sort of a budget would you assume for a 10 day trip to the lofoten? Thanks

In reply to vamos: only been to rjukan, but if thats anything to go by, and taking into account current weakness of the pound, I should imagine something in the region of £3000

depending on how much you want to drink

If you don't rent a car (fine), camp for free (perfect) and hitch to the supermarket for your food and beer supplies you are looking at the travel cost of around £250 plus food

I've done it for about £500 on this basis.

i reckon in norway that might buy you about 10 pints of lager.

In reply to vamos: beer from supermarket is about £2 a can if you need it and anyway it's rather hard to find a pub in the first place!
