Does anyone know what that new structure sticking out of the elevated roundabout is by the Westway? It's 3-sided with stairs running up through the middle, partially clad with metal plates (probably unfinished) that could look like you could bolt a climbing surface to, and it's much higher than the height of the Westway itself.
I was wondering / hoping they were setting up a summer climbing facility (or, more likely, abseiling) but it doesn't quite look right for that and it could just be an advertising hoarding.
