G'day,

We're off next month to the cordillera blanca to have a crack at la esfinge. If anyone has any useful info, would be sweet.

In reply to beewaa: Accomodation - Joe's Place while staying in Huaraz or The Way Inn up in the foothills (about 3700 m) for acclimatisation activities, it is very comfortable and has a sauna

California Cafe or Cafe Andino are nice places to eat during the day and you should definatley check out Ama's Place for the best steak in town (near guides office).

Bar Los 13 Buhos is a good place for a drink in the evenings. Followed by a burger from 'Sex Burger'
