Hi - just a quick post on the lecture we've just attended in Birmingham.

First, if the opportunity presents itself I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone else here if anyone fancies an hour or so of informative, interesting and entertaining talk.

My only regret was that as we were talking to Mrs Macleod at the end for a bit by the time I'd decided to pop down and thank Dave for the lecture it was packing up and chairs on tables time, so if he sees this post - I am aware he's been seen in the outlying regions of UKC from time to time - then I'd just like to say thanks and certainly myself and Lady Blue really enjoyed ourselves.
