Who's idea was it to have only stared routes in the index?

And why FFS surely another couple of pages wouldn't have cost the earth.

No they wouldn't have cost the Earth but pages need to be added 32 at a time or maybe 16 - because of the way the books are bound.

I thought we had released a full Index but I can't find it on the RockFax site - I'll give the boss a nudge.
