I've bought a metolius wood grips training board and wood grips campus rungs. I've looked into metolius wood holds to accompany my indoor training board (the plan is to put all this up above a door on a piece of 3/4" ply)
Has anyone got any experience with metolius wooden holds, or wooden holds in general?
What is the friction like?
Is there anywhere in the UK I can buy wooden holds? (metoluis wooden holds only seem to be available in america)
