A hairy geezer in a mouldy helly-hansen fibrepile and badly stained duvet jacket later said in a statement released by his lawyers that it was obvious they had abandoned the business after it had started to rain, and that he had intended to offer the return of their building in exchange for postage, a donation to mountain rescue and a pint in the Old Dungeon Ghyll.
The building proved to be in a dangerous state and was demolished after it was discovered that all the bolts previously holding it together had been chopped.
