In reply to jdonice: Get it warmed up and do some light stretches. Do this regularly over a couple of days. If the clicking doesn't stop then go see some one. A GP will only say stop climbing so go check out at your local wall. Sports physio's that are familar with climbers should advertise on a board somewhere (well they do at my wall!)
P.S. regularly does not mean every 5 mins.
