In reply to stato: How long have you been working out on it? I believe the 10-min program is a very good program to start with, to learn the device, to learn your body and its reactions on the device, to learn your weaknesses, etc. The program suggests very clearly that modifications to it are highly recommended, you should change angles, combinations of exerciese in a sequence, combinations of sequences, timing, and weights likely too, etc.
I've been following it for 1.5 weeks and I can really can progress, having in mind that I was not able to complete it during very first session but stopped on 5th minute. Yesterday, I completed to/with 8th minute.
I'm not an expert. I'm just sharing my comments and impressions that it works for me
