Does anyone know if the Beal Chalk bags with the snap opening are for sale in the UK?

I did a rudimentary search but I'll leave you to find what you're after! Then any shop that supplies Beal should be able to order it in for you.

Haha, they advertise it saying: "An end to tediously undoing the chalk bag string." Personally I can think of more annoying things in my life which need sorting out first!
