Westcomb by Arc'teryx?

Just been having a good old mooch at some of the Westcomb gear... Which looks and sounds distinctively Arc'teryx like.

Anyone have any further info on this?

I think Westcomb is founded by ex-Arc-teryx designers, so no surprise. I even recall some legal shenanigans:
