Based at sportscotland National Centre: Glenmore Lodge
Glenmore Lodge is currently looking for a Marketing and PR Manager with a comprehensive knowledge of both Marketing and PR, especially in relation to the outdoor industry, to join the team at Scotland’s primary Outdoor Training Centre.

You will help to deliver Glenmore Lodge’s key objectives by planning, delivering and monitoring the marketing and communication function. As a key member of the Management Team, you will be responsible for promoting and positioning Glenmore Lodge as a National sporting asset and centre of choice for individuals, clubs, governing bodies and the outdoor industry.

The successful candidate should be educated to a Degree level (or equivalent) and have at least three years work experience in marketing or business at a management level. Knowledge of the tourist and/or outdoor industry is essential, and this should be demonstrated through a good understanding of issues that affect the outdoor industry in Scotland and the UK.

You will be required to promote Glenmore Lodge through all forms of the media including TV, radio, magazines and newspapers and you should have excellent organisational skills, in order to manage simultaneous projects such as the website, brochure, and other major events.
