Climb magazine - top marks for service!

I requested a subscription to Climb for Christmas from my parents. They ordered it online, and then the other day got a phone call from Climb to say that as the next magazine would be posted before Christmas, would they like them to delay it in case it spoiled a surprise? Also, did they want the free DVD shipping seperately to give as a present?

My parerts (and me) were impressed that the staff had been so thoughtful to check if it was a Chrustmas present before processing it rather than just sending it out anyway and possibly spoiling a Christmas surprise! Top marks for customer service!
