Last week I have contact Beal with some information enquiry to beal@bealplanet.com email, next day I got some replay in French what I presume is automatic replay , and since them I haven’t hear from them ?
Any thoughts ? Is there different email for non French or alternative email ?

use Google translate on the email to get them jist of what was sent, that way you know if they are just saying "we need a few weeks its busy"

Failing that try Lyon Equipment who distribute Beal.
