Dont get me wrong, I love winter climbing. But man, do I miss these sea cliffs. Anyone else having withdrawl symptoms? Best winter for years and I want to go to the big G. Hassle!

Couldn't agree more. I am about 520 miles from Pembroke. I have no idea if I will ever get there again.

How cold was it at sea level? Sun trap?

In reply to david morse: If you're out of the wind and the sun is shining then you'll be pretty warm. As log as the rock is warm, you shouldn't get cold fingers.

I'll see you your 500ish miles and raise to around 800ish, although somebody in Oz will probably come along and raise me even higher.

Despite living in an awesome spot for climbing, I miss Pembroke horribly.

I am most definitely going there again though, hopefully this year!

In reply to david morse: Just climb the cliffs if you want to?! Plenty warm enough if you pick the right day.
